  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Domestic Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

International Shipping (if applicable)

  • Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days).

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.


3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 (domestic only).

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Didine’s Spice is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Didine’s Spice is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost:
